All Systems Operational
All DMARCTrust services are running normally.
Recent Activity
Earlier today, some users experienced slow page loads when reaching DMARCTrust. We initially suspected the path between our edge provider and affected users; on closer investigation, the cause was an internal firewall configuration on our origin host that was delaying new TCP connections by up to 20 seconds before they completed.
We corrected the firewall rules and latency returned to normal (sub-500ms first-byte time). No data was lost, no requests were dropped, and no customer action is required.
Informational update: DMARCTrust remained operational while we aligned our processing tools with the current DMARC RFCs: RFC 9989 for policy records, RFC 9990 for aggregate reports, and RFC 9991 for failure reports.
We also built a new ingestion pipeline for real-time DMARC report processing, reducing the delay between report receipt and availability in the dashboard.
No downtime, data loss, or customer action was required.
We shipped a sizeable update making DMARCTrust feel native in every supported language:
- In-app alerts, billing emails, DNS change alerts, password resets, email verification, and onboarding follow-ups now render in your dashboard locale (English, French, Spanish, German). The locale is snapshotted when the notification is created, so language changes between queue and delivery never produce mixed-language output.
- DNS change alerts no longer leak English qualifier labels (hardfail, softfail, etc.) into FR/ES/DE summaries — every alert now reads cleanly end-to-end.
- Plaintext DNS alert emails regained their full detail: domain, record, detection time, before/after values, and why it matters, matching the HTML version.
- Published our Data Processing Agreement at /dpa, incorporated into the Terms with no separate signature required.
No downtime, no action required. Change your dashboard language anytime in Settings → Language.
Scheduled maintenance on the DMARC report ingestion system has been completed. All reports have been processed normally and there was no data loss.
We identified and fixed the issue causing some dashboard pages to fail to load. The platform is now stabilized. Please contact us if you still see any issues.
The payment processing issues have been resolved. All payment operations are now functioning normally.
We successfully deployed a new version of DMARCTrust containing:
- New release of our public API
- New dashboard to manage DNS alerts
- New alert center for deliverability and account life
All systems are operational.
Users can now choose their preferred data storage location between us-east and eu-west regions to meet compliance and performance requirements.
A slight delay in ingesting DMARC reports was observed due to scheduled maintenance from our upstream cloud provider. All reports were successfully processed and caught up within the hour.
